How do I determine my size for helmets and protective gear?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. For helmets, measure the circumference of your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows. For jerseys and guards, we recommend measuring your chest and waist to ensure a secure, athletic fit.
What is your return policy for performance apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, base layers and socks must be unopened to qualify for a return.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear ready for a weekend race or ride.
Do you offer a warranty on Fox Racing products?
Yes, we offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes, or improper care.
How should I wash my motocross and mountain bike gear?
To preserve the life of your gear, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, and never iron the graphics or logos.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress directly from our carrier's website.
